Reservations can be made by e-mail or phone call..

The hostel ask for the first night payment for all Reservations by credit card. A full refund will be made for a cancelation received  before 5 p.m. the previous day of your arrival (24 hours before).

Except for credit card Reservations, please check in before 5 p.m.
If you need a late arrival, please let us know by contacting us before 5 p.m. on arrival date.
